  • Create a “tickler” file for each operator that conveniently lists all previously assigned tasks, complete with “account due date,” “task,” “tied to” and “name.”

  • Once you’ve sent the notice, follow-up reminders will automatically be generated after a user-defined period.

  • The listing remains on the “to-do” list until all follow-ups are completed.

  • From the charge screen, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals, print walk-out statements when entering the charge, and much more

  • If you’re a designated rural health clinic, charges can automatically be split from regular charges within the same visit

  • No need to set up an account multiple times to handle various billing rules, such as those for workers’ compensation

  • View charges by batch, as defined by you
