RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Coordinate, monitor and manage new installations of the organization's Practice Management and EHR systems
-
Oversee additional training including seminars and webinars for this division.

Monitors and manages all projects through continuous communication and follow up with customers, project members and supervisor, ensuring they are completed on time and according to plan
-
Keep abreast of new ideas and technology to improve process within the department
-
Conducts periodic status checks with customers and team to assess progress against plan and to get an accurate reading of our products, services and company and department goals
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelors degree, desired but industry experience will be considered
-
Minimum 3 years experience in Health Care related field, project management, or customer support
-
Minimum 2 years experience in supervising or management
-
Ability to travel with periodic overnight schedules
-
Proficient in MS Office software applications
-
Excellent listening, organizational, writing, editing, interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to lead multiple projects with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
-
Excellent time management, decision-making, and organization skills
-
Must be detail oriented, self motivated and directed with a drive to succeed
