"I don’t think we could do without this module for the management of bad debt. It gives us a method of accounting for bad debt balances once we have written them off the A/R. If an account has gone to a collection agency, we can post payments against the bad debt amount and keep a running balance on that account. It’s added a lot more efficiency to the collection process.
