What is PDS Online Backup Manager?

PDS Online Backup Manager provides you the customer the ability to backup your data to off-site secure locations. With PDS Online Backup Manager you pay only for the amount of storage used whether you are backing up one system or several. No more per server or per system license fees. How does PDS Online Backup Manager work?

PDS Online Backup Manager installs a small client software application on the local computer to manage all of the data protection and restoration.

After the data you want to protect is defined, PDS Online Backup Manager encrypts (256-bit Symmetric) and compresses the data and then transfers a copy to two different secure locations for storage.

Configuration of PDS Online Backup Manager is simple and takes very little time to complete. After the initial set up is complete, backups are automatic, notifications are only sent if there is an error or an incomplete backup.
