To-do list:
- Create a “tickler” file for each operator that conveniently lists all previously assigned tasks, complete with “account due date,” “task,” “tied to” and “name.”
- Once you’ve sent the notice, follow-up reminders will automatically be generated after a user-defined period.
- The listing remains on the “to-do” list until all follow-ups are completed.

Billing/patient charges
NEW – Using an electronic tablet, the physician can enter charges and diagnoses into an electronic encounter form that then can be immediately reviewed by charge entry personnel.
- Easily enter co-payment information at the time of the visit
- From the charge screen, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals, print walk-out statements when entering the charge, and much more
- If you’re a designated rural health clinic, charges can automatically be split from regular charges within the same visit
- No need to set up an account multiple times to handle various billing rules, such as those for workers’ compensation
